The deadline for cancelling your order is 14 days from the date on which you received the products or when the person you instructed to receive your order is in possession of your parcel.

Conditions for returns
To make sure you qualify for our returns and refunds policy, please ensure that:
- The products were purchased within the last 14 days.
- The products are in their original packaging.
The following products cannot be returned:

- Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that contravenes these conditions .
Product returns
