From the first evening
On the donor area and the treated areas, with your doctor's approval. Leave on for one hour, then rinse.

From day 18
Morning and evening, 7 to 8 drops on dry hair, massaged in the direction of the hair.

At every wash
Pat it in gently without rubbing, then rinse with lukewarm to cold water.

Good to know
The graft stays in place: only the hair falls out, then the follicle resumes its cycle. This is often when people stop their treatment, thinking it isn't working. On the contrary, it's the time to keep going.

Contact usWhen should I start the serum after a transplant?
From the eighteenth day (day 18), never before, and with your surgeon's approval. For the first three weeks, the ozonated oil takes care of the donor area.
How long before I see results?
Allow at least four months of continuous use, the length of one hair cycle. In the second month, shedding of the transplanted hair is normal; the first fine hairs usually appear around the third month.
The serum runs down my forehead. Is that normal?
It is deliberately fluid so that it reaches the scalp rather than staying on the hair fibre. Apply it to dry hair, section by section, and massage straight away in the direction of the hair.
Does the serum soothe itching?
That's not its role. For itching in the first weeks, use the repairing ozonated oil, which soothes the scalp.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free on orders from €80 in mainland France and Europe (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom). Below that, shipping costs €10.
